2020 - Berkeley Partners Value Industrial Fund V, LP is a $400 million institutional value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2020. The fund is currently being invested.

2017 - Berkeley Partners Core-Plus Industrial Partnership, LLC is a $350 million institutional separate account formed in 2017 to pursue infill, urban core cash flowing industrial assets in select U.S. markets.  The account is currently being invested. 

2016 - IC Berkeley Partners IV, LP is a $275 million institutional value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2016.  The fund is fully invested and all assets have been sold.

2013 - IC Berkeley Partners III, LP is a $125 million institutional value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2013.  The fund is fully invested and all assets have been sold.

2008 - Berkeley Capital Trust is a $25 million private REIT formed in 2008 to invest in value-add industrial real estate.  The fund is fully invested and liquidated.

2007 - Berkeley Capital Partners II, LP is a $1.4 million value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2007. The fund is fully invested and liquidated.  

2006 - Berkeley Capital Partners I, LP is a $25 million value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2006.  The fund is fully invested and liquidated.
